Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to NBFCs, fintech companies, and lending institutions
  • Introduce Graviton's LOS, LMS & BRE solutions to potential clients
  • Identify key decision-makers (Credit Head, Ops Head, IT Head)
  • Qualify leads based on business requirements
  • Schedule product demos/meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM (HubSpot)
  • Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
  • Maintain daily call logs and performance reports
