Guru 360 Training Academy is a leading provider of specialized digital domain-specific training in India. Headquartered in Noida, we offer hands-on training programs and certifications that are accessible both in-person and online to learners across the nation. Our curriculum, designed and regularly updated by a panel of over 30 industry experts, equips professionals and aspiring marketers with practical skills to excel in digital marketing. We cater to both small agencies and large corporate in-house marketing teams, delivering courses that combine practical learning, research, and real-world projects.

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Noida. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with prospective learners to provide information about our training programs, addressing inquiries, and guiding them towards suitable courses. Additional tasks include maintaining detailed records of calls made, managing leads through the customer database, and following up with potential clients to encourage enrollment. The Telecaller will also contribute to building positive relationships with customers and achieving enrollment targets through effective communication and persuasion skills.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly with customers and effectively explain products and services
• Proficiency in managing leads, maintaining records, and using customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries or concerns professionally
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding enrollment targets
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related role is preferred
• Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential; additional local language skills are a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in communication or sales will be advantageous
