Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Telecaller Sales Professional. The primary duties include connecting with potential customers, introducing them to Edrix's programs, answering inquiries, and persuading them to enroll in courses. Building rapport with prospective clients, maintaining accurate sales records, and providing exceptional service are crucial aspects of this role. The Telecaller will also provide feedback from customers to improve the overall program offerings and communication strategies.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with potential clients
  • Persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to address client needs and encourage enrollment
  • Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in education or e-learning domains
  • Basic knowledge of marketing and an understanding of EdTech industry trends is beneficial
  • Proficiency in using computers and CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
