Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Follow up on leads and conduct regular follow-up calls to convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the management.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and preferences to the sales and marketing teams.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and rejections gracefully.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software.
- Good listening skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
