Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Kolkata. Day-to-day responsibilities include contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products and services. The Telecaller will address customer inquiries, record feedback, and maintain an accurate database of customer interactions. They will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to achieve targets and ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive speaking skills
• Prior experience in customer service / Sales / Voice process of more than 1 years is preferred.
• Effective listening and problem-solving skills to handle customer queries and resolve issues
• Ability to manage and update customer information with accuracy
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software
• Customer service and sales experience is advantageous
• Proficiency in English and local languages is a plus
• Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
