We're looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller with experience in sales and customer service, particularly in handling retail and insurance-based calls. The ideal candidate is persuasive, customer-focused, and fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English.

What You'll Do:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote products and services.

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.

Manage lead follow-ups, maintain call records, and ensure smooth coordination with the sales team.

Provide post-sales support and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

What We're Looking For:

2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (experience in retail or insurance sectors preferred).

Excellent communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.

Confident, target-driven, and customer-oriented attitude.

Basic computer knowledge and comfort using CRM tools or call tracking systems.
