Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote products/services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as set by the management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional languages).
- Strong persuasive skills and ability to influence customers.
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficient in using computers and CRM software for maintaining customer records.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
