Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients, assessing their needs, and providing appropriate solutions or information. The role involves maintaining accurate records of conversations, handling inquiries efficiently, and ensuring client satisfaction. This position also requires delivering exceptional communication and customer support to establish strong client relationships.

  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote setup
