Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, based in Gurugram. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students and their families to provide information about MBBS opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, addressing inquiries, explaining the admissions process, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong customer service, and the ability to build rapport with potential candidates.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to address customer inquiries with professionalism.
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed call logs and organizational skills to manage data effectively.
• Ability to explain complex processes with clarity and confidence.
• Enthusiastic attitude to maintain a positive customer experience.
• Prior experience in a similar role or background in customer support, counseling, or telecalling is preferred but not mandatory.
