Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Telecaller. The responsibilities include reaching out to potential donors or beneficiaries through phone calls, sharing information about the foundation's work, maintaining records of communication, and addressing inquiries effectively. The Telecaller will also be responsible for promoting the foundation's mission and supporting fundraising campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences
• Customer service skills, including the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Sales, fundraising, or telecalling experience is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in multiple languages, including Kannada and English, will be an advantage
• Passion for social work and supporting underprivileged communities
