We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Telecaller - Collection Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding payments, resolving queries, and maintaining accurate records of collections activities. This role requires effective communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to work towards achieving collection targets.
Responsibilities
- Contact customers to collect outstanding payments on overdue accounts.
- Resolve customer queries regarding payment issues and account discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions with customers.
- Work closely with the collections team to achieve collection targets and KPIs.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers.
- Prepare and submit reports on collection activities and progress.
