Key Responsibilities:

Make 150+ customer/prospect calls daily

Attend and guide walk-in clients with ease and professionalism

Manage front desk activities with confidence and charm

Operate billing software and handle customer invoicing

Support sales and operations teams in coordination

Keep track of inquiries, leads, and client follow-ups

Maintain customer-first attitude and clear communication

Candidate Requirement:

Experience in telecalling and/or front desk management

Well-versed in customer handling and multitasking

Presentable, polite, and fluent in English and local language(s)

Willing to take on dual roles with enthusiasm

Familiar with billing and basic office software
