Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Caller role located in Bengaluru. The Caller will be responsible for initiating and responding to phone calls, addressing inquiries, and providing assistance to customers or clients. Key tasks include maintaining accurate call records, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and ensuring a high standard of professionalism and customer care during all interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in verbal and written communication
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in problem-solving and customer service skills
- Basic proficiency in computer applications and call handling software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to different communication styles
- Prior experience in a similar customer service or call-handling role is a plus
- A positive attitude, patience, and a commitment to providing exceptional service
