- Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Basic knowledge of telemarketing principles and techniques.
- Proficient in using computers and CRM software.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
