We are hiring Tele Collection Executives for our Bommanahalli office. The role involves making collection calls to customers, reminding them of overdue payments, and negotiating repayment terms while ensuring professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments.
- Remind and follow up with customers regarding pending dues.
- Negotiate repayment schedules and resolve basic queries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer commitments.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly collection targets.
- Handle objections politely and escalate when necessary.
- Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (any stream).
- Experience in tele-calling/collections/customer service preferred (Freshers welcome).
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
