Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecall role based in Noida. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential students and their families to provide information about the study abroad process, required exams, and available programs. Responsibilities include answering queries, maintaining communication records, following up on leads, scheduling appointments, and assisting with service-related queries. The role requires proficiency in engaging with individuals over the phone and ensuring a positive experience for all prospective clients.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills to interact effectively with prospective students
• Proficiency in managing phone calls and maintaining accurate communication records
• Customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assist clients and address queries professionally
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools and data entry systems
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads and follow-ups
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site setting in Noida
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification; prior experience in customer support or telecalling is a plus
