Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Centre Agent - Healthcare, based in Okhla New Delhi. The Call Centre Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with booking appointments, addressing inquiries, and resolving service-related concerns. The role also involves providing customers with information about diagnostic services, guiding them through the process, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. The agent will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs efficiently.
