Job Summary

We are looking for a results-oriented and persuasive Tele-Sales Executive to handle both inbound and outbound calls, engage with prospective parents/students, and convert assigned leads into successful enrollments. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to handle objections effectively.

This role requires consistent follow-ups, strong closing ability, and achievement of revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective parents/students.
  • Explain Cyboard School's programs, features, and benefits clearly and confidently.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable academic solutions.
  • Convert assigned leads into successful enrollments.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Address customer queries and objections professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)

  • Ability to handle objections confidently
  • Good listening and relationship-building skills
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
  • Strong follow-up and closing skills

Eligibility Criteria

  • Any graduates in any field should apply
  • 03 years of experience in Tele-Sales / Inside Sales / Ed-Tech Sales preferred
  • Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
