Job Description:
SMA-Flax Techinnovate Pvt. Ltd. is currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in telesales and preferably possess working knowledge of IndiaMART CRM for handling B2B customer inquiries and lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries generated via IndiaMART and other platforms.
  • Use IndiaMART CRM to manage leads, follow-ups, and maintain accurate records.
  • Understand product specifications and communicate them effectively to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-up.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and after-sales support.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Tele Sales, preferably B2B
  • .Prior experience using IndiaMART CRM or similar lead management platforms is highly desirable
  • .Good communication and negotiation skills
  • .Basic knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools
  • .Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • .Fluency in Hindi and English
