Role Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and qualify prospective clients through various sales calls
- Executing conversion activities effectively on leads and follow-ups on them.
- Present and promote products in a professional manner
- Build, nurture, and sustain long-term client relationships
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipelines
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless business execution
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support sales strategies
Requirements:
- 01 year of experience; freshers are also welcome
- Candidates with exposure to real estate, insurance, BFSI, or other sales-oriented roles will be preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in basic MS Office applications
- High level of self-motivation with a result-driven mindset
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, target-oriented environment
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
