Job Title: Telecaller India Operations
Location: Gurugram (Onsite)
Working Days: 6 days/week
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Telecaller to join our India operations in Gurugram. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inquiries, guiding students/parents, updating records, and supporting the admissions/sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence on calls, and the ability to manage conversations professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads, students, or parents as per daily targets.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain consistent communication.
- Provide information about courses, services, programs, or offerings.
- Update CRM/Sheets with call status and lead activity regularly.
- Track follow-ups and ensure timely callbacks.
- Share qualified leads with the admissions or sales team.
- Handle incoming queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a polite, professional tone with all callers.
- Coordinate with the admissions/sales team for lead updates.
- Assist in scheduling counseling sessions or meetings when required.
- Share daily/weekly call reports.
- Assist with campaigns, outreach efforts, and event calling lists.
- Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.
Requirements:
- 13 years of telecalling or customer service experience (education sector preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking skills.
- Basic computer skills (Google Sheets/CRM).
- Ability to meet daily/weekly calling targets.
- Comfortable working onsite in Gurugram.
Work Schedule:
- 6 days working (Monday to Saturday)
