Roles and Responsibilities:
- Call existing customers to resolve application-related queries and issues.
- Explain products, services, and benefits clearly to customers.
- Maintain a positive and professional communication with clients.
- Record customer interactions and provide feedback to management.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets as assigned by the team lead.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).

- Ability to handle customer queries politely and effectively.
