Tele Caller

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Call existing customers to resolve application-related queries and issues.
• Explain products, services, and benefits clearly to customers.
• Maintain a positive and professional communication with clients.
• Record customer interactions and provide feedback to management.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets as assigned by the team lead.
