Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telecaller, based in Noida. The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with clients to provide information or support, schedule consultations, and follow up on inquiries. The role also involves understanding and conveying legal services to clients in a professional and empathetic manner. While the position is Noida-based, it includes flexibilities for partial work-from-home arrangements.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Client engagement, relationship building, and customer service proficiency
• Effective time management and multitasking capabilities
• Basic IT skills, including familiarity with CRM software and call handling tools
• Professional demeanor and the ability to understand and explain legal services
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably with a background in sales, communication, or a related field
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage
