Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tele Caller to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecalling, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and clients.
Explain product features and benefits to prospects.
Assist in identifying customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and conduct market research to identify new prospects.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in telecalling or a related field.
Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong persuasive skills with an ability to handle objections.
Good listening skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
