Tele-caller Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele-caller Executive located in Noida. The Tele-caller Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospects and existing clients, generating leads, scheduling and managing appointments, maintaining customer records, and following up to ensure timely responses and conversions. The role also includes explaining the company's products and services, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining a high level of professionalism to represent the company positively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and local languages
• Customer service and client engagement skills to build and maintain relationships
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
• Ability to work independently, manage targets, and handle rejections effectively
• Prior experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer service is a plus
• Problem-solving and active listening skills, with a positive and driven attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or communication is beneficial
