Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Tele Caller. The Tele Caller will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, providing detailed information about our services, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The role involves answering inquiries, following up with potential students, scheduling consultations, and building meaningful client relationships to achieve enrollment targets effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills,
• Ability to explain services, respond to inquiries, and engage effectively with clients
• Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and result-driven environment
• Experience in education counseling or international student placement is a bonus
