Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller located in Delhi, India. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing clients via phone calls to promote services or provide information. Additional responsibilities include responding to inquiries, maintaining records of customer interactions, understanding client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction during communication. The role requires adherence to company protocols and delivering a professional experience in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and professional telephone etiquette
- Proficiency in problem-solving and active listening skills
- Ability to manage and organize client data and maintain accurate records
- Customer relationship-building and time management skills
- Confidence in handling rejections and achieving sales or customer engagement targets
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Experience in a Telecalling, customer service, or sales role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in communication is a bonus
