Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune as a Technical Sales Engineer. The individual will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting technical solutions, conducting technical sales presentations, and managing the sales process to meet targets. Additional responsibilities include providing technical support to clients, addressing product inquiries, and collaborating with the technical and sales teams to develop tailored solutions. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be a key part of the role, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering to identify opportunities and provide client-specific solutions
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement and relationship management
- Experience in Sales and a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Technical knowledge and the capability to provide Technical Support for product-related queries and solutions
- Relevant educational background in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields
- Familiarity with firefighting pump systems or related industrial products is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus
