Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Pune for a Technical Sales Engineer. The role involves a mix of on-site and remote working as needed. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, delivering product demonstrations, and developing technical sales presentations. Facilitating customer interactions, understanding technical needs, and collaborating with both the sales and engineering teams to ensure successful solution implementation is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Technical Sales, including the ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions to address them.
• Experience in driving long-term relationships with clients through exceptional Sales and Communication skills.
• Background in Sales Engineering, with the capability to bridge the gap between technical and customer requirements.
• Ability to provide Technical Support, ensuring client satisfaction through effective troubleshooting and solution customization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills alongside a solid understanding of AI, machine learning, or related domains is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Flexible and self-motivated with proficiency in collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
