Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer based in Pune. Key responsibilities include promoting and selling technical solutions to clients, providing technical support and expertise on HVAC systems, and optimizing designs to meet customer requirements. The role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, preparing technical proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Candidates will play a critical role in bridging sales and technical operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and processes
- Expertise in Technical Support and the ability to address technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Strong Communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively
- Proficiency in Sales and client relationship management
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage projects efficiently
- Relevant educational background in Engineering or a related technical field
- Experience in the HVAC industry is highly advantageous
- Problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach
