Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Sales Engineer at Sourayan Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The role involves providing technical support for customer inquiries, understanding client requirements, and recommending solutions. Additionally, the Sales Engineer will collaborate with the sales team, deliver customer service, and contribute to achieving sales performance goals by effectively communicating technical details and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales techniques to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Strong Technical Support expertise to address customer inquiries and assist with troubleshooting.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Preferred qualifications include prior experience in renewable energy or related industries and a degree in engineering or a relevant technical field.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment and meet customer deadlines efficiently.

The job requires travelling all over India most of the times

Gross Salary: 20k to 40K per month based on experience
