We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Recruiters to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT Recruitment. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, focusing primarily on technical roles across domains. You'll work closely with hiring managers, understand role requirements, and use innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates for technical and non-technical roles
Work on job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.) and social media platforms to identify the right talent
Conduct preliminary interviews and assess technical and behavioral fit
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers
Build strong relationships with candidates for current and future opportunities
Ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to understand hiring needs
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field
13 years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminologies
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines effectively
A team player with a positive attitude and result-driven mindset
