As a Technical Recruiter within the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a wide range of IT roles. The role focuses on effective sourcing, candidate engagement, and delivering a high-quality hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across diverse technologies and domains
- Leverage sourcing tools and job boards for candidate attraction (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
- Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive outreach and relationship management
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience through consistent communication via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to align on hiring needs and priorities
- Maintain accurate records using in-house recruitment systems and tools
Role Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment
- Strong experience using sourcing platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and in-house recruitment platforms
- Good working knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a candidate-centric mindset
