About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Technical Recruiter who can drive end-to-end hiring for technology roles. The ideal candidate should understand technical skill sets, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience while working closely with hiring managers to build high-performing engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and talent communities
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial technical qualification calls
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout recruitment
  • Work on hiring metrics, reporting, and ATS management
  • Build talent mapping strategies for future hiring requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience hiring for AI, SaaS, or startup environments
  • Exposure to global or remote hiring
  • Strong networking and talent engagement skills
