Offshore Technical Recruiter

Oxford Solutions is seeking an Offshore Technical Recruiter to support our U.S.-based recruiting team. This is a remote opportunity for candidates located outside the United States who are able to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.

In this role, you will partner with our internal recruiters and sales team to identify, engage, and qualify candidates for professional-level openings across the United States. This position focuses on sourcing, candidate outreach, and pipeline development.

Work Schedule

Must align with U.S. East Coast (EST) business hours. Standard schedule is 7:00 PM 4:00 AM IST.

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted keyword and Boolean searches across job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other sourcing platforms
• Identify and evaluate qualified candidates based on job requirements
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings
• Proactively engage passive candidates through email and professional outreach
• Draft customized recruiting messages and maintain consistent candidate communication
• Accurately track activity and candidate information in internal systems
• Support U.S.-based recruiters in meeting client hiring timelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
• Entry-level to 13 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, research, or a fast-paced corporate environment
• Strong internet research skills; experience using Boolean search techniques preferred
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills (verbal skills will be formally evaluated)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable learning new systems and recruitment tools
