Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Technical Recruiter with 25 years of hands-on experience in
both Contractual (Contract /C2H/Payroll) and Full-Time (Permanent) hiring. The ideal candidate should be confident in managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, handling multiple requirements simultaneously, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Contractual and Permanent IT roles.
- Handle C2C, C2H, third-party payroll, and direct permanent hiring.
- Understand technical job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, internal database, and references.
- Screen and shortlist candidates through initial HR and technical validation.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and ensure smooth closure.
- Negotiate salary/rates (hourly, monthly, annual CTC) based on hiring model.
- Manage documentation, onboarding, and joining follow-ups.
- Build a strong pipeline of contract and permanent resources.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure timely closures.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of IT technologies (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, DevOps, QA, Data, etc.).
- Experience in rate negotiation for contract roles.
- Knowledge of different employment models (Contract, C2H, W2/Payroll, Permanent).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work on multiple positions under tight deadlines.
- Good knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
