5 to 7 years of Recruitment experience in any BPO/IT Industry

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong in hiring AI/ Data Sciences

Excellent Stakeholder management

Knowledge and practical experience of the Recruitment Life cycle

Maintain appropriate Hiring Trackers and update them periodically

Excellent candidate engagement plan

Strong understanding of the Indian market and Hiring trends

Strong in any ATS
