Roles & Responsibilities
- Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
- Deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends.
- Familiarity with US employment laws, visa processes, and work permits.
- Strong sourcing skills, including the use of job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills, particularly for technical positions.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a recruitment team.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) JobDiva and other recruitment software.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
