We are looking for a highly data-oriented Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. This role is ideal for someone who has managed end-to-end hiring across both Tech and Non-Tech functions, from junior roles to senior leadership positions. We're looking for someone who uses market intelligence, recruitment analytics, and strong stakeholder management to influence hiring decisions, challenge assumptions, and drive hiring excellence. What You'll Do

• Source, screen, and engage quality candidates through multiple channels.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Build talent pipelines and maintain candidate databases.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Track hiring metrics and support recruitment reporting.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience in a startup, product company, or agency environment.
• Exposure to Tech Hiring
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with attention to detail.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Exposure to market mapping and talent research.
