Required Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in US IT Staffing or Technical Recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles across Development, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, ERP, and Infrastructure domains.
  • Experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools..
