Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing and recruiting top technical talent to meet our company's growing needs. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that we attract and hire the best candidates for our technical positions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Conducting interviews to assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
• Maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics.
• Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-8 years of experience in technical recruitment or a related field.
• Strong understanding of technology and engineering roles.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
