About the Rol
eMaven Workforce is looking for a highly motivated and sourcing-driven Technical Recruiter to support our Europe staffing business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting across European markets such as Budapest, Poland, and other European regions. We are seeking a recruiter who is passionate about sourcing, candidate engagement, and delivering quality talent within tight timelines
.
Key Responsibiliti
- esManage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Technology positions across Europ
- e.Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channel
- s.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring need
- s.Screen, assess, and qualify candidates based on client requirement
- s.Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring proces
- s.Work closely with account managers and delivery teams to understand hiring needs and prioritie
- s.Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates while maintaining quality standard
- s.Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in ATS and internal system
- s.Stay updated with European hiring trends, technologies, and market intelligenc
e.
