Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT roles
• Understand client requirements and convert JDs into effective sourcing strategies
• Source candidates via portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, internal database, and references
• Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial HR interviews/telephonic discussions
• Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates
• Ensure continuous follow-ups for feedback and smooth hiring process
• Handle salary negotiations and offer closures
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Build a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
• Meet hiring targets within defined timelines
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Stay updated with industry trends and hiring practices
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the process
• Manage multiple requirements efficiently with quality focus

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Staffing & Recruitment
• Experience in handling IT and/or Non-IT hiring
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Good communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
