Position: US IT Technical Recruiter

Experience: 1 to 5 years

Location: Onsite at D-5, Logix Infotech Park, Sector- 59, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301

Shift Timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Education Qualification:

B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc IT, M.Tech, MCA, M.Sc IT or equivalent

We're looking for someone who can work effectively on our portal and has a preference for W2 recruitment.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full cycle recruiting interview, offer, negotiation and closing candidates for assigned requisitions from US based clients.
• Responsible for strategy development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submitting into interview and placement.

Must Have:

• Strong knowledge with US Geography, US TAX Terms andUS work VISAs.
• Sourcing experience with job portals like Monster, Dice, Indeed, Career builder and more.
• Strong understanding about technologies of the client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.
• Must have excellent communication skills and capability to work with a team or individually.
