Job Title: US Healthcare Recruiter
Location: Gurgaon, India (Candidates open to relocating are preferred)
Shift Timings: 6:30 PM 4:00 AM IST (US Shift)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days )
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top
healthcare talent in the US.
Source candidates using various methods including job boards, social
media, networking, and internal databases.
Screen, Evaluate, And Interview Candidates To Assess Qualifications And
cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring
managers.
Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed.
Negotiate compensation packages and employment terms with selected
candidates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current
and future openings.
Foster long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and
relevant institutions.
Stay up-to-date with US healthcare industry trends, recruitment best
practices, and compliance requirements.
Work closely with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs
and deliver hiring solutions.
Provide a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment
process.
Prepare and present recruitment metrics, reports, and dashboards to
leadership.
Qualifications Requirements
Strong understanding of the US healthcare staffing industry and job
roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Proficiency with ATS platforms, job boards (e.g., Dice, Monster,
CareerBuilder), and LinkedIn.
Willingness to work night shifts (US shift hours).
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is
preferred.
