Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Recruiter with strong experience in US IT staffing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across W2, C2C, and full-time roles, with a strong focus on W2 hiring (80%).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, and other recruiting platforms.
- Work on 80% W2 roles and 20% C2C roles based on business requirements.
- Handle full-time (permanent) hiring along with contract roles.
- Collaborate with implementation partners and prime vendors to fulfill client requirements.
- Screen candidates through technical interviews and evaluate their suitability.
- Negotiate pay rates, terms, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely submission and follow-ups with clients and vendors.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and track recruitment metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong experience working with:
- W2 roles (major focus)
- C2C hiring
- Full-time positions
- Hands-on experience with job boards such as:
- Dice
- Monster
- Experience working with:
- Implementation partners
- Prime vendors
- Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in niche IT skill hiring (Cloud, DevOps, Data, AI, etc.).
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment CRM systems.
- Strong vendor network and candidate pipeline.
