About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about recruitment, campus hiring, and building strong talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus drives
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement understanding and interview scheduling
- Drive and manage campus hiring initiatives and bulk hiring drives
- Maintain candidate data and update recruitment trackers/ATS
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Follow up with candidates for interview feedback, offer acceptance, and onboarding
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers with strong interest can apply)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to campus hiring or bulk hiring
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
- Experience working with ATS or recruitment tools
