We're looking for a high-energy Technical Recruiter who does more than sourcing resumes. With 35 years of experience, you thrive on cold outreach, crack tough technical hires, and consistently close roles in fast-moving, USA competitive markets.
A Technical Talent Acquisition Partner who speaks the language of engineers and understands the nuances between a Great Engineer and a Good One.
3-4 yrs. of technical recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused specifically on Hardware, Semiconductors, or Embedded Systems.
Source candidates using platforms such as Dice and LinkedIn leveraging Boolean search techniques. Recruiter will own the end-to-end lifecycle for our most critical engineering hires.
