About the Role
We are seeking a Professional Technical Recruiter to join our growing India recruiting team. This role focuses primarily on IT and technical hiring for the domestic India market, partnering closely with Account Managers to deliver high-quality talent across a wide range of technical skill sets. This is a high-impact, performance-driven role with uncapped earning potential and clear growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle technical recruiting, including requirement intake, sourcing, screening, submittals, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Partner with Account Managers (primarily US- and UK-based) to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Source candidates using platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job boards, leveraging Boolean search techniques
- Recruit across a variety of IT skill sets (e.g., Developers, DevOps, Cloud, Security, Data, ERP, GenAI, etc.)
- Maintain consistent activity levels, including candidate outreach, interviews, and submittals
- Build and manage strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Track and manage recruiting activity in internal systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Meet or exceed weekly and annual performance expectations (submittals, interviews, and placements)
Performance Expectations
- Approximately 10 submittals per week
- 510 interview setups per week
- Target of 2550+ placements annually, depending on level and market supported
Qualifications
- 13 years of experience for Professional Recruiter; 35+ years for Senior Professional Recruiter
- Prior technical recruiting or IT staffing experience strongly preferred
- Experience hiring within the India domestic market required
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written English)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Experience partnering with sales or account management teams is a plus
- Ability to work UK-aligned shifts and onsite schedule
