JOB TITLE:
Technical Recruiter
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and recruit top talent for IT and automotive roles.
• Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
• Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on IT and automotive roles.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements in both IT and automotive industries.
• Experience with job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Dice, Monster, and Indeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
