JOB TITLE:

Technical Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and recruit top talent for IT and automotive roles.

Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.

Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to attract qualified candidates.

Conduct interviews and assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on IT and automotive roles.

Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements in both IT and automotive industries.

Experience with job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Dice, Monster, and Indeed.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
